Visual Arts Competition Postmark deadline: December 1, 2008 Eligibility: Artwork must fall into one of the following categories: Oil, Acrylic, Mixed Media All subjects and styles are eligible. Size limit including frame: 60 x 60" Prizes: Cash awards will total up to $5,000. Artists will have their work exhibited and offered for sale at a cocktail reception in June 7, 2009. (15% Donation to Foundation) Winners are expected to attend the opening reception where cash prizes will be presented. Refreshments will be served Prizes to be given for the Lenore Segan Awards Entry Requirements: Completed entry form (Typewritten with 1 copy) Standard size 35mm slides (Up to 4 slides) Support materials reflecting applicant's artistic abilities and accomplishments (These might include reviews, newspaper articles, resume, printed programs - Maximum 3) $25 check for up to 4 slides - Check must include mailing address (Non-refundable application fee payable to JDAF, Inc.)
